100% Renewable, Hydroelectric Energy

Taggares' managed orchards are run off of 100% renewable electricity generated from a hydroelectric dam.

-7% Annual Carbon Production this year.

This year, Taggares has made strides towards carbon neutrality. Carbon optimizations have dropped our emissions significantly.

-12% Water Consumption Per Harvested Apple This Year

By using smarter and more sustainable growing practices, Taggares now uses 12% less water per apple harvested this year when compared to last year.

The Taggares orchards are nestled along the Snake River in eastern Washington State.  Under the brand Snake River Orchards, Taggares grows a portfolio of apple varieties including Cosmic Crisp, Honeycrisp, Fuji, Gala, Granny Smith, and Pink Lady, along with both Concord and wine grapes.
